CICYP provides ideas, concepts,
knowledge and experience
to recommend solutions to
national problems such as
justice, education, transport,
public health, energy and
other topics based on the
creation of work groups,
including consultants that
analyze investigate and
submit recommendations for
the benefit of all.
The objectives include promoting
a modern State with transparency,
effectiveness, efficiency
and less bureaucracy, to
maintain democratic stability,
to grow the economy and
improve productivity both
in the private sector and
in the Government. CICYP
analyzes alternatives to
increase employment, reduce
poverty and reduce social
inequality within a climate
of security and justice
conducive to investment
and the development of the
necessary infrastructure
to improve the quality of
life of all Panamanians.
